Content Development
After the initial research phase, we begin working on site architecture, navigational design, content development so that viewers will be easily able to find what they are seeking.

Website Aesthetics
Once your business identity is determined, we will go ahead with producing some graphic mockups of what we visualize the site will look like. If you need logo design we will come up with various sample for you to choose from, getting it right before we move on.

During the conceptual phase we will be in nearly constant communication with one another to discuss details. Every once and awhile we will get a customer that gives us an idea or a problem to find solutions for and allow us to make all of the functional and aesthetic decisions. Our clients are usually very satisfied with the final outcome. If we cannot do what is necessary in-house, then we will contract outside sources to fix the problem or offer a better solution.

Web Site Development
When a final "look" is established and after the customer signs off a graphic proof, we will slice the image and start the coding behind the scenes. All of our websites are built using an industry standard content management system (CMS) and SQL database.

The CMS immediately reduces development costs by providing a foundational platform for user management, access controls, graphic templates, and the ability to add inexpensive third party modules that save hundreds of hours of design and coding.

Online Proofing
Once the coding is done, we will post the website live as an additional link onto this website and host it for free until the bugs are worked out or the customer signs off the final online proof.

The entire process is normally completed within a matter of weeks for the average small business website providing that we have all of the photos, text and copy, and ideas finalized before the design commences. The size of the website and its complexity dictates its production time and cost.

Usability Testing, Refinement and Review
Any design project needs live testing and revisions. We usually provide our proofing in stages with a final revision, if necessary. Throughout the first six months website statistics and user input may necessitate more changes or improvements. All content changes are the responsibility of the website owner or manager unless otherwise agreed upon.
