Beginning in December 2006, and lasting until August 2008, Creative Revenue Strategy Group was involved in several long-term projects which ultimately changed the majority of the business operations of Nica Projects Ltd., a real estate development company operating in Central America.

The challenge was three-fold:

  1. Identifying the target markets;
  2. Building and implementing a comprehensive marketing program to reach the identified target markets; and
  3. Concurrently identifying and implementing a robust technology environment to support online sales, marketing, customer service and project operations for remote users (including online CRM, project management, web management and custom operations applications).

Opus Framing Ltd.
