Principal

Tim Bramwell is a professional market development and competitive intelligence consultant with a significant record of achievement gained from over 20 years of successful sales, operations and senior management expertise with Microsoft Corp., Ericsson Canada, AT&T Canada and building his own companies.

Tim has developed a reputation as someone who produces results by developing practical revenue generating and business development processes that deliver actionable results. He has been a member of, and has led cross-functional delivery teams promoting a variety of technology, consumer and business-to-business products and services. He has experience as a public speaker, group facilitator, team leader, coach and mentor.

Tim specializes in market intelligence; the gathering, consolidation and analysis of information from disparate sources to develop an objective view of current and future market conditions and competitive forces affecting revenue generation. More specifically, he focuses on developing ‘purchasing’ intelligence lead generation environments, establishing legal and ethical competitor and competitive intelligence, and implementing market intelligence derived corporate strategy intelligence processes and tools.

In this context, Tim focuses on people, process, information and tools to:

  • Build competitor and or technology profiles;
  • Improve the lead generation process;
  • Enhance market planning and market development;
  • Improve product development and commercialization;
  • Develop strong and relevant customer-facing systems and processes;

Tim is a graduate of the University of BC and the BC Institute of Technology. He has significant experience gained from prior clients in telecommunications, technology, real estate, and the arts.

Paul is a senior management advisor. Recognized for his unique combination of experience, humour and relentless discipline, Paul has a proven track record of effectively collaborating with clients to engage their full potential. Possessing the experience & insight to ask the tough questions necessary to “raise their bar”, he creates strategies for his clients to achieve unimagined levels of performance.

With 20 years of business experience in North America, Europe and Asia, Paul brings to the table a seasoned executive’s outlook. He is responsible for success stories in a variety of industries including directing strategies in leadership development, performance improvement, organization design & change management, business re-engineering, mergers & acquisitions, and joint venture development.

Fluent in both Japanese and Hungarian, Paul graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Economics and has studied martial arts for over 20 years. Out of the office you can find him mountain biking, golfing, running or windsurfing.

 

Miin is a senior business consultant and analyst with significant experience identifying improvement opportunities, devising innovative solutions and guiding clients in reaching consensus on future direction.
