RepairTrack allows allows one or more individuals to receive repair or maintenance requests, and automates a dispatch process to the correct property manager, caretaker and/or service provider. RepairTrack captures the details each call and responses for each ticket, and allows reporting by the condominium board or property manager. It comes with a online dashboard so that open tickets can be monitored.
